Fitzpatrick's have achieved the double by winning Best Bar and Best
Traditional Pub in the Hospitality
Ireland awards ceremony, held at the
Four Seasons Hotel in Dublin.

'Atmospheric surroundings, open fires, bustling friendly staff, good quality food and sensible pricing combine to create value dining in this bar and restaurant.'

Fitzpatrick's when awarding them first prize in the Hotel & Catering Review Value Dining category at their annual awards ceremony 2006.

 

The judging criteria was not just on the provision of value dining, but required evidence of achievement in the areas of operations, HR management, environmental awareness, sales & marketing, financial management, customer relationship management, quality control, staff training and multicultural awareness.

Chosen from over 200 entrants, owners Danny and Dympna Fitzpatrick
were thrilled to have been nominated:

category, we knew we were up against the best, so to have won is truly an honour”.
